We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. We like the location as it is close to the airport and the cruise terminal. The hotel offers a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and offers a shuttle to the cruise terminal. We like to arrive early evening and then cross the street to our favorite Cuban restaurant for a wonderful dinner. The hotel personnel have their act together, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning had a nice variety. The food was good for a hotel.

The front desk supervisor Sierra was so patient and helped me to resolve my issue at check-in. The staff were super friendly and acccomodated any request I had. Beds were super comfy....didn't want to leave!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the check-in and check-out process was very simple. Great location to the port we were leaving out of for our cruise and within walking distance to shops/restaurants for dinner.

I didn't like anything. The shuttle took 2 hours to get us from the airport. It was horrible. We were traveling with family. And we have a video that shows roaches crawling on the walls.

I enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel at no additional cost and the staff was very responsive when I pointed out my room was noisy due to the AC, they changed the room without hesitation. Once I could sleep quietly my stay was much better and comfortable.
